Chat replies read less like AI writing.

Sophia's chat replies drop most of the em dashes, stock lead-ins and filler that made them read as AI-written, though a chat begun before this update may still show some. Hedges stay, so an answer still marks what is uncertain.
Fixed
- Lesson links in Chat no longer open 'Course not found.' or the wrong lesson.
- Links Chat cannot open show as plain text, not underlined links that do nothing.
- Each plan card in Plans & credits shows its credits once, not twice.
